DOOR TO DOOR SOLAR APPOINTMENT SETTER - ENTRY LEVEL SALES POSITION

$750-$3,000/Appointment Closed

Your Job: Set appointments with interested clientele = up to $3,000 per appointment. No closing abilities needed as someone else will close it for you as you develop your skillset. Looking for growth? Training will be provided for promotion to closer after 15 deals where commissions range from $6,000-$20,000/deal.

Our goal at Nusun Power is to create the absolute best environment for our young entrepreneurs to succeed financially, as well as preparing them to provide the most informed and beneficial experience for our clients. We offer the highest commissions available in the solar industry, while simultaneously saving our clientele 30% to 50% on their utility rates. Most commonly we work alongside the state of California helping homeowners go solar at no out of pocket cost to them, with no loan, lien, or debt attached. Although we are a solar brokerage and have every option available, depending on the customers request.

Our main focus is to help develop our employees to not only thrive in the job position, but to thrive overall in life. We focus on mindset adjustments, financial development/investment, team building, and entrepreneurship. We encourage reading, fitness, habit building, nutrition, and overall quality of life. We provide company housing, daily training, bonus pay, company trips, incentives for hitting sales goals, etc.

Our commissions range from $750 - $3,000 per closed appointment. As you develop your skillset you can be promoted to commissions ranging from $4,000-$15,000.

Current incentives, include but are not limited to, an all-inclusive resort stay in Mexico, a tesla giveaway, iPad's, Rolexes, and more.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs going door-to-door with the goal of setting appointments for energy consultations.
  • Acquire basic information from home owners such as name, address, phone number and email.
  • Acquire copy of energy bill or utility account number form home owner.
  • Work an assigned area via our app, often 30 - 50 houses a day.
  • Keep track of homeowners, circling back to check on potential customers depending on availability via our app.
  • Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred, but not required.
  • Self-disciplined and Coachable.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Physically able to be on your feet and mobile for long periods of time. on one personal training.

- Pay every Friday. Commission based position.
