Position: Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires a personable, warm, and engaging personality that is able to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers. The CSR will be responsible for the overall customer experience and the overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer basic questions regarding Specialty Insurance policies, coverage, and premiums
- Accurately enter and update policy information
- Initiate changes or corrections to customer policies
- Provide price quotes to prospective customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years customer service or call center experience
- Previous insurance experience is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Must be available for local or US travel 1-5 times yearly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
