Position Scope
Assist in the operation of computer and related equipment to assure low cost operation and effective utilization of personnel and equipment.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Using hardware and software tools, identifies and diagnoses difficult and complex and installation of equipment and for the transition from existing systems to new.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation of computer and related equipment to assure low-cost operation and effective utilization of personnel and equipment.

• Using hardware and software tools, identifies, and diagnoses difficult and complex and installation of equipment and for the transition from existing systems to new.

• Conducts complex testing and analysis of all components of systems under general supervision.

• Recommends changes in methods or procedures where necessary.

• Schedules work to meet completion dates and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Must have a full range of body movement and be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be fluent in the English language in both oral and written communication.
• Should have a good understanding of the Microsoft office suite and Microsoft Operating System.
• One year of college majoring in CIS or ISCS preferred but not required.
