The NEX Software Product Management team is seeking a Software Tools Ecosystems Specialist specializing in edge computing with a focus on Edge-Native and Edge AI application development and orchestration. Your role involves crafting programs to enable the Edge AI developer ecosystem and drive product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, prioritizing features that enhance large scale deployment of Edge AI applications to the edge. Collaboration with key stakeholders and ability to work with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure seamless execution and successful delivery of programs, and influencing product strategy and roadmap. Your responsibilities encompass understanding market dynamics, staying informed about the latest advancements in edge computing, and translating customer needs into actionable product plans. Successful candidates will bring a strong blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive the evolution and market success of our software products in Edge Computing.
The Software Tools Ecosystem Specialist should possess the following attributes in addition to the qualifications listed below.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing challenges unique to edge computing.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in edge computing.

Qualifications:
What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field with 6+ years' experience or 10+ years of related work experience in lieu of education.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or product management
- 6+ of experience in distributed computing or cloud computing concepts, architectures, and best practices.
- 6+ years' experience working with cross-functional teams, product management, engineering, design, and architects to execute against the product roadmap.
- 6+ years' experience developing software applications using AI/ML, and/or experience working on AI/ML developer tools
How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience designing or developing software with experience in successful product launch.
- Proven track record of launching new software product.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, engineering, design, and architects to execute against the product roadmap.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$162,041.00-$259,425.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
