The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

- Building equipment used in the manufacturing process. May be located in Redmond or other facilities.
- Test and validation in the Hololens program. Board level wireless calibration and tests. (Wifi/Bluetooth/GPS) sub-systems.
- Device Calibration and set-up for verification and occasionally 3rd party efforts have their test sets working correctly.
- Test automation for those systems. (setting up bench to de-bug to calibrate wifi/gps/Bluetooth) measurements and test systems.
- Typical EE (Electrical Engineer) role for grounding in RF in wireless systems.
- Test automation for those systems. (setting up bench to de-bug to calibrate wifi/gps/Bluetooth) measurements and test systems. Typical EE (Electrical Engineer) role for grounding in RF in wireless systems
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm -
- Working with the RF Engineering team to ensure devices are calibrated and work with Software Engineers that are developing the test automation.
- Really sits in-between the RF Engineers and the hardcore EE’s
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
- 5+ Years of Experience Wifi/BT/Signal measurements (what’s actually measured with the equipment)
- 5+ Years of Experience L1-L5, Electrical signal loss, S Parameters.
- Basic Experience (3-4 Years of Experience) Python or PowerShell Scripting language experience (someone who can go through the set-up and make it something we can deploy).
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience (Really needs to just have the must have hard skills)
- Masters level EE (Electrical Engineering) is a NICE TO HAVE
- Qualcomm and BLE chipsets, with prior experience with QSPR and / or IQFact test packages. This would be for Wifi / BT / GPS testing.
- Lite Point or Rhoade and Schwartz Hardware Experience
- Fast-Paced environment with multiple test systems/releases.
- Releasing code every 6 weeks
