The Clinical Applications Analyst I serves as primary point of contact for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software. This position will triage tickets, ensure tickets are directed to the appropriate team in a timely manner, and coordinate communications and/or educational opportunities with software management and members of the operations team.
The Clinical Applications Analyst I will support database management, computer applications, and applicable operating systems, with an emphasis on entering data into the HCHB system quickly and accurately, and devising solutions to ensure smooth operations.
This position will work at our corporate office in Dallas, TX for the first 90 days while training. From there, this position will be eligible for a hybrid or fully remote schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical, software, and operational support timely; physician and facility entry
- Provide accurate communication between the HCHB vendor and branch representatives; research issues, and escalate for timely resolution
- Coordinate branch communications with department leadership
- Identify and educate on utilization deficiencies as it pertains to valid data
- Assist with the execution of daily branch and home office operations; in compliance with conditions of participation in Medicare / Medicaid
- Develop software help knowledge-based articles (KBA); assist with end user education
- Assist in special projects pertaining to company utilization of the HCHB software
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills.
- Must be proficient with computers and software systems, Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated knowledge of office operations, including SOPs, payroll, billing processes, or human resources is preferred.
