Responsibilities
- Schedule and prioritize Software and SaaS project delivery activities based on customer requirements and project timelines.
- Continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Manage and support the customer adoption of Software and SaaS services / products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS and Cloud related environments and technologies such as SaaS vendors, AWS, etc.
- Proven operational experience of incident management and resolution for customers, especially technical help desk functions.
- Demonstrated experience of customer relationship and project management principles and methodologies.
