We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer II to help monitor all phases of the development process through both manual testing and contributing to automated test creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and writes testing scripts and plans to ensure that software functions as expected.
- Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and will verify fixes.
- Documents testing according to required procedures.
- Works collaboratively with Product and Development to ensure requirements are understood and well tested.
- Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
- Evaluates and executes testing procedures to ensure that software meets established quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Engineering
- Solid knowledge of software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end testing practices.
- Test automation experience a plus.
