Location: Remote-Must Reside in one of the following cities:
Cleveland, OH
Louisville, KY
Mclean, VA
Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $81,000.00-$90,000.00
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Employment Logistics:
Software QA engineers ensure that products meet quality requirements before launch. They monitor every stage of the product development process, including design, development, testing, and delivery.

The Must-Haves:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related subject.
- Proven quality assurance experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and Postman.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Your Mission in Motion:
- Analyze business requirements, design documentation, and technical specifications to ensure that they are clearly defined, complete, and testable, and develop test strategies against them.
- Design, develop and execute manual tests to verify software applications are as specified in user stories and supporting documentation.
- Refine the testing process to identify areas for improvement. Introduce new strategies and tools to help the software development team deliver high-quality products.
- Execute SQL queries to configure tests and verify test results in database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server.
- Utilize QA tools such as Postman to test products and services.
- Meet or exceed individual/team objectives, sprint deadlines and customer delivery deadlines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA and Agile teams' practices.
- Fully participate in the Azure DevOps Agile process, which includes grooming, daily standup, planning, demo, and retrospective meetings.
Paving your way to your success:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Perform thorough regression testing throughout the Software Development Lifecycle process.
