As our Product Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible to execute the strategy and drive growth for the portfolio of Consulting Services Software tools.
You will be accountable for driving successful delivery of products, making recommendations on extending software solutions, and representing Consulting Services to the outside market

Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and delivery of a comprehensive product investment strategy. Ensure the Product Portfolio meets customer and market requirements based on ongoing customer feedback, is competitively differentiated, and achieves financial targets for orders, sales, and profitability.

• Lead the cross-functional development and implementation of long-term strategies for the business that meet financial objectives, leveraging insights on industry and customer trends, anticipating complex challenges and opportunities, and ensuring integration with broader corporate strategy. Ensure effective communication and execution of strategy across the business to deliver to targets.

• Serve as a member of the Power Economics and Software leadership team, building strong peer relationships and contributing to cross-functional problem solving, to drive continuous improvement and profitable growth.

• Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.

• Work cross functionally with developers, marketing, sales, internal and external customers, formulate and execute the strategy.

• Serve as a thought leader for the business in the industry, including interacting with analysts, speaking at events, and being active in industry associations to influence policy and market trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management/Strategy leadership

• Demonstrated technical, commercial, strategic, and financial acumen.

• Proven track-record of delivering targeted results and driving profitable growth

Desired Characteristics:

• Track record of seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating those insights into breakthrough strategies, evangelizing concepts beyond current offerings, and driving business model innovation (product, service, and delivery innovations).

• Experience in the use of Lean tools to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

• Proven organizational leadership of teams, including direct reports and matrix organizations, setting goals and objectives so priorities are clear throughout the organization. Able to drive actions to coordinate and align on strategic goals.

• Critical thinking skills and disciplined approaches to help leaders and leadership teams resolve issues and define solutions.

• Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward, including tough decisions and difficult trade-offs, skillfully balancing analysis with decisiveness

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $135,000 - $225,000 USD Annual.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This Senior Professional Band position is also eligible for A Variable Incentive Bonus of 15%.

• The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
