Software Procurement and Training Specialist

This role will be instrumental in managing all aspects of software acquisition, licensing, and employee technology training across the company. Our client is looking for highly organized professionals capable of establishing structure, implementing best practices, and developing efficient systems for our extensive portfolio of applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract negotiations, purchasing decisions, and recommending optimal software solutions to support business operations. Additionally, this role will play a key role in facilitating the adoption and Training of new technologies among employees, collaborating closely with senior management to drive business efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the licensing process for corporate software suites, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough contract analysis and negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Design and deliver comprehensive employee training programs to promote technology adoption and proficiency.
• Engage in vendor and supplier negotiations to optimize procurement processes and outcomes.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to employees and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with change management principles and strategies to facilitate smooth transitions in technology adoption.
• Ability to quickly grasp new software solutions and evaluate their suitability for the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, MIS, computer science, or a related field of study.
