GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provide the full scope of services offered by the GTP Services Customer Success Group. This includes, but is not limited to training, implementation, professional services, and onsite customer collaboration as it relates to the STRATUS platform.
ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS/DUTIES
Training Support
- Virtual consultation and training from client web-based training hours
- Delivery and fulfilment of training agendas and programs including On-Boarding, On-Site and Web-Based.
- Tracking of training metrics
- Fulfillment of professional services
- Limited in-person consultation with associated travel up to twice a month
Customer Success Group Support
- CSG Group process Documentation
- Webinar support (planning and presentation)
- Writing services desk bugs/requests
Service Desk Support
- Review and answer questions assigned to the CSG group in the training queue
- Support Service Desk in an overflow capacity (limited basis)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree (STEM major, preferred)
- Experience in the construction industry (MEP sector) is preferred.
- Technical background with experience in the following software platforms:
- MS Office, Autodesk (Revit, CAD, Navisworks, BIM 360)
- Experience with Albatross, Python, Java or similar coding languages is a plus.
- Must be able to travel as frequently as twice monthly to provide on-site training.

OFFICE LOCATION: HQ in beautiful Larkspur, CO (south of Castle Rock, North of Monument)
WORK LOCATION: Available for remote home office options
INDUSTRY: Software Products & Development for Construction
COMPENSATION: DOE (base salary range: $55,000 - 75,000; total annual comp range: $55,000 - $95,000 includes bonus potential)
BENEFITS (regular, full-time employees): Medical, dental, vision insurance with company paying first $1,100 of monthly premiums, $100,000 term life insurance 100% company-paid, 401(k) plan with 100% company match up to 4% of annual compensation, and 3-weeks PTO annual accrual rate + 9 paid company holidays.
