This role is based at the MIS office in Maitland, FL with the option for hybrid remote work arrangements after training period.
After 3 months you will...
- Collaborate with Technology leaders to gather software requirements from clients and internal team members.
- Assist in documenting user requirements and use cases to clearly outline user acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner.
- Assists the software development team in writing code.
- Support Technology team on a variety of projects that may span the Technology function.
- Build knowledge of insurance operations and software development lifecycle
What you need to be successful...
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field (May 2024 graduates encouraged to apply!)
- 0-3 years' experience in data management, IT, or related field (including internships)
- Knowledge of SQL, React, C# high preferred.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to research and resolve problems independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail oriented
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a hybrid position out of our office in Maitland, FL. The salary range for this location and role is $26,487 - $62,070.
