Software Engineer

Job Duration:

40 hours / Week, Permanent Position, Full time

Duties:

• Develop customized solutions in associated internal applications to support business requirements and processes.
• Conduct Bug fixing, Support, Maintenance & Enhancements in existing application.
• Participate in all phases of software development life cycle including design, development, coding, testing and deployment and support.
• Review and analysis of the current design.
• Design and develop the framework using JIRA, SQL developer, C++, Core Java, Jenkins, TOAD for products.
• Deploy application on different application servers.
• Analyze current application related user requirements and build design documents.
• Unit testing of the individual modules and ensure compliance with QA testing standards.
• Integrate with JBPM workflow to model the business flow.
• Integrating with Jasper Reports using iReport.
• Designed and developed the security model for Alert products.
• Integrate with log management framework and tools.
• Working on ESPER (continuous Query language).
• Based on feedback from domain experts, build and design the technical implementation model.
• Enhance, create, and implement new applications in the system.
• Upon completion of design and documentation, works on implementation of the modifications.
• Integration testing encompassing all the modules of the application base.
• Coordination with Offshore product and support team.
• Work with the cross functional team for the product validation and client implementations.
• Create industry best practices and templates for customers.
• Work with customers, partners, and system integrations to answer any technical, functional questions.
• Maintain the product platform and develop new components in it.
• Integrating with PACS (Physical Access Control System) like Lenel, GE Honeywell, Johnson Control for operations like Provisioning and De-Provisioning to PACS.
• Proactively and continuously evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility of the systems.
• Create integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
• Perform standards evaluations, application security validations and ensure standards are followed during development phase.
• Contribute technical specifications to the Business Analysts on gathering of detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Ensuring streamlining of all assigned development projects and deliverables.
• Responsible for analyzing complex system requirements and frameworks.
• Develops prototypes and proof of concept models to support and solidify design.
• Translate detailed design architecture into software application setup.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and business process mapping.
• Designing front-end connectivity to backend relational sources for application data.
• Research technical problems and assist in identifying solutions by integrating technical and application components.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical design documents including both application level & implementation level documentation.
• Provide Identity Governance subject matter expertise with internal team members and external partners.

Requirements:

Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in CS, CIS, Engineering (Any), MIS, IT, or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Developer, Team Lead, Solution Architect, or related. Travel required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Salary Range:

$215,197.00/Year to 217,000.00/Year
