Description
Come be a part of Everi's FinTech Loyalty Services team helping to support loyalty products in casinos nationwide! As a Software Engineer, you'll be an integral part of the team helping ensure Everi products within the casino function at their full potential. If you have great customer service, problem-solving, and communication, this is your role!
What Will You Be Doing?

• Manage software version updates, bug fixes, patches, enhancements, hardware deployment, and installation.
• Configuration, implementation, and support of our custom loyalty software systems.
• Provide team support and production terminal troubleshooting, development and distribution of software loading guides, and remote management support.
• Manage requests from internal and external clients, including gathering technical details, documenting requirements, identifying gaps, and providing solutions remotely.
• Supporting teams with escalations on loyalty products throughout the company.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and system environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Windows 10 knowledge.
• Experience with SQL: basic administration, querying and reporting.
• Some experience in programming, helping with debugging, and troubleshooting issues (Note this is not a developer role)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently without much supervision
• Prior experience in the gaming industry is preferred

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
