This role requires US Citizenship, Active Clearance, and working onsite. Candidates must meet the requirements of this job to be considered. This role is onsite therefore all candidates must reside Aurora, CO or be willing to relocate.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
· minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
· Software development experience using Java or other object-oriented software language.
· Java strongly required
· Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with C++ and Python.
· Experience working with the Atlassian Tool suite.
· Experience developing software in an Agile and/or DevOps environments.
· Previous work satellite GPS software desirable.
· Experience with one or more areas of satellite ground system software such as mission management, planning and scheduling, command and telemetry, satellite operations, or flight dynamics models.
