Job Title: Software Developer
Job Objective:To establish and maintain, and business process automation systems that standardize activities and align with the corporate vision. Works to ensure systems are accurate, efficient, and support RelaDyne growth, productivity, and efficiency goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.
- Consistent focus on promoting a safety-first culture
- Support existing business process system solutions
- Design Develop new systems that automate tasks and improve user decision-making
- Test systems to make sure they compute and function as expected
- Document how systems function and how the users are expected to execute tasks
- Support an environment for problem-solving from a people, process, and systems perspective
- Stays current on emerging technologies with an eye for applications that can streamline network processes, reduce manual
- Identify and incorporate tools to streamline or automate current business processes
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and report project status for initiatives under purview to key stakeholders
- Effectively communicate and/or present new ideas to key stakeholders throughout the organization

- Always represent the company in a professional manner ensuring quality customer service internally and externally
- Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company; and support Mission, Vision and Values, and Guiding Principles
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Software development with experience in .NET
- Experience writing SQL queries and performing basic data analysis
- Understanding of web application architecture, both backend and frontend
- Understanding of basic ERP principles and functions
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft products and project management software
Performance Measurements:
- Branch and regional Key Performance Indicators (i.e., Gallons Per Truck, Invoices per User, Service Metrics)
- Tracking to approved initiative timelines and performance expectations
