Software Analyst

(1.)      Must Have:
a.      Well rounded skills in application software combining – analysis and design, hands-on development and implementation
b.      Experience in the Healthcare industry – hospital systems, including EMR & Practice Management software
c.       Good experience Microsoft Office, Phone, Chat, Emails and Social Media Applications
d.      Experience in UI, Application Integrations and Reports development
e.      Hands-on programming experience in Java preferred (and/or .NET), HTML/5 and common reporting tools
f.        Education: B.S. and experience 6 to 8 years in healthcare industry IT
 
(2.)      Desirable:

a.      Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and financial accounting systems
b.      Knowledge of HL7, EDI and ETL type integrations
c.       Skills in business analysis and requirements gathering
d.      Problem solving and problem reduction skills
e.      Resource to assist and help management & staff with their software needs & problems
f.        Flexibility and adaptability to work with situation
g.      Location: Tinton Falls, NJ. Contract: Temp (6 months – 1 year) to Perm
