Samsung is currently seeking an Intern to join our award winning Display Team as a Software & ServicesProduct Marketing Analyst.
Role and Responsibilities
The Software & ServicesProduct Marketing Analyst Intern will take on a number of small projects aimed at bolstering the operation and data management practice of a small and rapidly growing line of business. Projects include but are not limited to:
- Review 1H performance metrics for new direct-to-business online portal for software. Assess existing metrics applicability to the business and growth strategy. Suggest same or alternate metrics for 2H,
- Conduct study of pilot program tracking system, including CRM data entry, raw data management, and reporting. Document process and address any gaps with S&S and Operations management.
- Analyze existing warranty pricing and discount structure and grade consistency across SKUs. Suggest wholesale changes to stabilize sales deduction, discount process, and competitiveness.
- Interview sales teams for feedback on VXT uptake within their accounts. Review findings with S&S PM management for improvements to value proposition and sales strategy.

Academic Major Preferred (Undergrad and Masters)
Business
Technical Skills Required for Internship:
- Proficiency in Excel

At the conclusion of the internship, the individual will have a portfolio of completed projects, which span an array of Product Marketing disciplines and touch the full scope of the Software and Services product line.
