- Ability to organize and develop a high school softball program
- Ability to interact with students, parents and the community in a manner that demonstrates professionalism, respect and dignity
- Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of softball and a willingness to examine new theories and procedures
- Has 3 years of previous successful teaching/coaching and/or sport participation experience
- Knowledge of Athletics and PIAA rules and regulations
- Required: PA State, Child Abuse and FBI Clearances, and Act 126 Mandated Reporter training
