Salary/Exempt

Job Summary: As an independent practitioner, responsible for providing clinical services/counseling, screening, and case management services to patients and their families, in a variety of outpatient settings, in order to promote the optimal individual, interpersonal and social functioning of the patient in their community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited graduate school of Social Work or Master’s degree in counseling or other behavioral health discipline.

2. Social Worker II must have a valid Vermont LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC or LADC

3. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.

4. Some working knowledge of computer skills
