Form of workUSD 495/Fort Larned Elementary is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Social Worker/Family Support Worker. This position will actively work with school teams and community agencies, within Fort Larned Elementary, to assist students grades PK-5th grade with social emotional support, trauma, abuse, or significant behavioral needs. The social worker will help lead intervention strategies and work with SIT teams within the building to provide support.
