Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker to join our team in providing essential support and guidance to individuals and families in need. As a Licensed Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering direct services to clients. Your role will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive and holistic care. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a strong commitment to improving the well-being of those we serve.
Employment Status: Full-Time|Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay range beginning at $54,000/year - pay based on experience
Qualifications
Required: Current unrestricted State of Kansas license to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker. Must have knowledge and skills with regard to health care coordination, pain/symptom management, crisis intervention and counseling. Must possess valid Kansas Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by Midland policy.
