Plans, implements and organizes social work resources and evaluates and provides treatment regarding mental health issues for patients, linkage to resources in the community.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

• MSW (Required)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required, Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required for facilities with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED. Current Driver’s license
• Licensed Social Worker (Preferred)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
• BLS (required)
• Valid Driver License

 

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

Pay Range:

$30.70 - $47.73 / hour
