We are a team of over 400 people, in 18 countries around the world, working across both our own media brands such as GOAL, MUNDIAL, INDIVISA and NXGN and working on partnerships with leading clubs, leagues and brands. Our content has had over 2.5 Billion views across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube in 2022.

What you'll be doing:
- You will be responsible for achieving our social audience and engagement growth targets in the US
- Scan, identify and distil the content formulas that are winning on the dominant social media platforms that touch US soccer and soccer culture
- Aggregate relevant winning content for our channels, and/or take inspiration to develop our own
- Identify incremental opportunities to grow our audience and expand our reach on social media including collaborating with our video and creator partnership leads
- Partner with our sales, strategy and video teams to secure revenue deals, and help to deliver compelling sponsored content
What you have:
- Previous experience in social media role, including experience producing work for a variety of platforms and social networks, ideally at a sports publisher or creator
- An expert in Social Video
- Obsession with social media; deep understanding of what people want to share and what makes publishers successful
- An understanding of the digital and social media landscape
- A deep familiarity with analytics, data, and using data to drive insights and performance
- Basic video shooting/editing skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to look ahead in content planning
- An interest in and deep knowledge of the social web
