Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Team Manager to join our growing agency and oversee a dynamic team of 10-15+ video editors, copywriters, and account managers.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning Social Media strategies for a diverse portfolio of 50-100+ law firm accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a talented team of Social Media professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies for a large portfolio of law firm clients across various practice areas.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations.
- Stay ahead of the latest Social Media trends and platforms, particularly expertise in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Curate engaging Social Media content (including video) that resonates with target audiences and drives measurable results for clients.
- Analyze Social Media data and reporting to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Social Media advertising platforms to ensure optimal campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams across design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- 5-10 years of experience in Social Media management and content creation with a proven track record of driving client growth in the legal industry (or a demonstrably transferable skillset).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of major Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn) and their advertising functionalities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven Social Media strategies that achieve measurable results (increased brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, etc.).
- Experience with Social Media management tools and platforms is required.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Passion for the legal industry and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents on Social Media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
