Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented, creative, and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist & Podcast Coordinator. This multifaceted role involves managing our Social Media presence across platforms and coordinating the production and promotion of our podcast content.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

- Create and curate compelling content for Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Monitor Social Media trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.

- Coordinate podcast production, including scheduling recordings, editing episodes, and ensuring timely release.

- Collaborate with podcast hosts, guests, and production team members to develop engaging and relevant content.

- Manage podcast distribution across platforms.

- Promote podcast episodes through Social Media channels, email newsletters, and other marketing efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Social Media and podcasting.

Qualifications:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.

- Proven experience managing Social Media accounts for brands or organizations, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective algorithms.

- Experience in podcast production, including recording, editing, and distribution.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to think outside the box to drive results.

- Proficiency in Social Media management tools, analytics platforms, and audio editing software is a plus.

- Passion for podcasts, storytelling, and digital media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,700.00 - $10,000.00 per month
