Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating content and managing the digital footprint of both our brick and mortar service and retail operation along with our online lifestyle brand start-up.

Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Guru you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Social Media presence, driving engagement and promoting our brand.

Develop, implement and manage Social Media strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness and increase engagement.

Monitor Social Media channels and respond to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely manner,

Analyze Social Media metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of Social Media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Create captivating and engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and Shopify.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align Social Media efforts and overall marketing strategies.

Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends, best practices and emerging platforms.

engage with industry influencers and relevant communities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field or work experience.

Proven experience in managing Social Media platforms and driving engagement.

Strong understanding of Social Media management tools and analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using graphic design tools and creating visually appealing content.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
