Social Media Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive website traffic. You will play a key role in managing our Social Media platforms and creating compelling content that aligns with our brand voice.

Responsibilities:
- Manage company's Social Media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms

- Create engaging and creative content tailored to each platform, including posts, images, videos, and stories

- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers

- Monitor Social Media trends, audience preferences, and competitors' activities to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with followers

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align Social Media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns

- Track and analyze Social Media metrics and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement

- Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and new features on Social Media platforms, and experiment with innovative ways to engage and grow the audience

- Moderate user-generated content and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines

- Assist in planning and executing Social Media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and optimization

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms and their respective best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.50 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
