Social Media Manager/Content Creator

W@W Digital is currently looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator. This person needs to be a creative Copywriter that feels comfortable creating and programming content for: Social Media post, ads, publications, blogs, and websites. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled, and content creator with an eye for detail that can understand project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
• Create and strategize content for marketing campaigns
• Create and strategize content for Social Media
• Create content for email marketing campaigns
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Collaborate with account executives, designers, project managers, and other department staff on large- and small-scale marketing projects
• Conduct high-quality research
• Creating target audience profiles
• Edit and proofread copy as needed
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
• Source images and other content
• Social media management experience
• Experience creating and managing Social Media Ads

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in spoken and written Spanish (most important) & English
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Content presentation skills - you should be able to determine how content should be packaged for new and existing consumers to induce them to take business actions
• Content delivery skills - you determine the best distribution channel to deliver content to the audience
• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Experienced with SEO best practices
• Strong research skills
• Strong analytical ability to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data
• Creativity
• Collaborative spirit
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• BA in marketing, journalism, or related field
• Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus

Experience:

• Copywriting: 2+ year (Preferred)
• SEO: 2+ year (Preferred)
• Marketing / Social Media: 2+ year (Preferred)
