Social Media Manager

This job is 10 hours/week to start, with more hours available for the right person. There is significant room for growth for someone who is self motivated and interested in growing a brand.

The Doubletake Social Media Manager is responsible for enhancing the overarching Social Media strategy as well as managing the day to day aspects of all of Doubletake’s social properties (Instagram, Facebook , Pinterest and TikTok).

Social Properties

• Create and drive strategies to grow social followers.
• Drive traffic to website through engaging on social platforms
• Curate and create content
• On the application form, when you see the question what is 2+3, answer "not six"
• Manage Doubletake content (eg. decide what content we need, set up photoshoots, manage videographers etc.)
• Use analytics to assess performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement
• Ensure that Doubletake’s brand athletic is reflected throughout all social properties and programs

Influencers (TBD)

• Help set up influencer programs, including brand ambassadors, tennis club and coach outreach.

Requirements

Social media savvy

Strong attention to detail

Natural aptitude for writing with flawless grammar

Self-starter, ability to work independently with a strong work ethic

Natural problem solver with ability to work through barriers and recognize when help is needed

Ability to take direction, ask clarifying questions and voice concerns and alternative approaches

Comfortable working in a changing environment

You will need your own computer and ability to work from your home.
