VRTCL is a full service digital marketing agency run and founded by creators. Our key mission is to help artists find their true voice and audience on TikTok and other short form platforms. A key part of our success is our ability to tap in directly with creators to curate the best possible content for short form campaigns.

SUMMARY:
The Social Media Intern will assist with projects related to VRTCL’s Social Media services including but not limited to VRTCL owned Social Media accounts, fan pages, and client Social Media management campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and support the creation and execution of TikTok and other short form marketing campaigns for our clients
- Assist in monitoring campaign dashboards, reporting any spikes or falls in performance
- Assist in analyzing TikTok metrics and providing insights and providing recommendations to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and features and make recommendations for incorporating them into our clients' strategies
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new TikTok campaigns
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must currently be a Junior or Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Social Media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for Social Media and digital marketing
- Previous experience with content editing platforms (i.e. CapCut) preferred
PAY SCALE:
- This internship is for college credit.
