About the Role:

We're looking for a team player with a creative growth mindset. More specifically, we need a skilled Social Media and Digital Graphics Designer that understands the Social Media landscape and can build across web, digital and social platforms. As we build out our social strategy, we will lend your expertise to craft engaging and storytelling content for our Social Media platforms and weave in both product and brand messaging through design. This person will be responsible for helping grow Oxygen’s social/digital presence and overarching customer engagement through conceptualizing, designing, and creating assets for all of our channels including email and our website. With support from the Social Marketing Manager, and the overall Marketing and Design department, this role will contribute to the impact of our different channels including Social Media, paid media and email. 

What you’ll do:

The person will help support end-to-end creative design and execution for consumer facing digital programs for Social Media, website, email and in house brand strategy and product positioning. In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with, Brand Director, copy teams and marketing channel leads to develop thoughtful and innovative digital experiences for web, campaigns, and social content that marry brand strategy and business needs

  • Work with a team of designers to develop brand visual identity and language 

  • Understand our consumer and own development of creative campaigns across all channels, especially on social and digital platforms that tie into brand strategy and product launches.

  • Maintain a strong standard of design and creative consistency to maintain creative excellence and execution across platforms 

  • Build and present compelling work to influence internal stakeholders, showcasing a design language that ties across social, digital, print and motion design.

  • Guide junior designers and provide feedback across the design process.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or relevant field

  • 3-4 years of related experience with strong design/creative background; experience in creating campaigns for digital and social platforms - email, web design, Social Media, etc.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and responsive web design

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and experience with frame animations, motion graphics and visual effects and knowledge of graphic design, motion graphics, video editing styles and layout techniques

  • Excellent organizational, communications and presentation abilities

Major pluses:

  • Experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including sales enablement materials, Social Media creative ads, paid ads, email headers and landing pages

  • A solid understanding of major Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) as well as smaller and emerging platforms

  • Familiarity with project management software and Figma/XD

Compensation and Benefits:

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training.

Compensation Range: $75K - $90K
