Social Media Content Creator

Help us grow and expand our digital footprint by gaining followers and increasing online activity (especially followers)! You'll need a strong and proven background in growing Social Media accounts through engaging content creation. Must be exceptionally creative with a strong branding/marketing vision. Come blow away the industry and have a lot of fun! Only considering SL County applicants and must be onsite....no remote. Here's the job description:
Responsibilities

1. Highly creative and takes the initiative
2. Fluent/proficient with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
3. Needs to be responsible, able to perform at a high level under stress, and able to effectively manage their time without constant supervision
4. Design and implement Social Media strategies to grow followers, online sales, and overall engagement; ideally with strong food related experience
5. Oversee Social Media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
6. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
7. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
8. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Social Media, design tools and applications
9. Contact and engage with other influencers
10. Identify and participate in events to expand the brand and grow followers

1. Expert in Branding and Social Media management
2. Strong experience with Hispanic/Mexican culture
3. Extremely creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
4. Highly organized and efficient; comfortable multi-tasking
5. Strong interpersonal skills; friendly and outgoing
6. Consistent and reliable; Takes the initiative
7. Initiative taker and who does not need to be micromanaged
8. Familiar with creating, targeting and implementing email campaigns
9. Experience with CRMs (HubSpot), Project Management (Asana), HR (Bamboo) is highly desired

1. Must live in Salt Lake county and be able to travel up to 25%
2. Must have prior food photography experience
3. 3+ Years' experience growing Social Media accounts (followers, interactions, etc.)
4. Proficiency in video editing, content creation, hashtag usage, etc. in maximizing post/feed engagement
5. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the food industry
