Job Description:
As a Social MediaCommunications Specialist, you will plan, implement and monitor EuroPharma's influencer, affiliate and UGC marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, increase sales, and improve marketing results. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining online campaigns to attract attention and engagement that aligns with the Terry Naturally Brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations related to our brand, industry, and competitors.
- Foster meaningful interactions with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives through Social Media channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on key insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance our Social Media presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Social Media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and compelling content.
- Proficiency in Social Media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and developments in digital marketing.
