SalaryThe ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation and Social Media management, with a strong understanding of various Social Media platforms. This role will primarily focus on creating engaging and compelling content to attract and retain followers, while also working alongside the Social Media Manager to assist in the overall management of our Social Media presence.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of campaigns and paid social advertising.
- Brainstorms and helps carry out targeted campaign ideas.
- Assist with influencer recruitment, outreach, and scheduling.
- Help monitor various Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Work alongside the team to review analytics in measuring the success of campaigns.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Engage with customers, clients, and external vendors. Track contracts and payment status.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- Assists with design elements for Social Media graphics and other graphic design projects as needed.
- Assist with marketing department needs such as errand runs; file organization of the department in Dropbox and marketing portal; maintaining/updating influencer and press lists etc.
- Assist with marketing events when needed.
- Complete community engagement by engaging with our target audience & desired influencers on Instagram as well as responding to all DMs, comments, and potential leads.
- Create relevant copy & engaging graphics for organic posts.
- Handle & coordinate calendars internally and with influencers and providers.
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.
