We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Account Manager. As the Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Social Media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on our Social Media platforms
- Develop and implement Social Media marketing strategies and campaigns to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Social Media campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Engage with our followers and customers on Social Media and respond to their inquiries and comments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, technologies, and best practices and apply them to our Social Media strategy
- Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure Social Media content aligns with RC's brand and marketing objectives
- Develop and manage relationships with Social Media influencers and partners to drive engagement and increase reach
- Manage Social Media advertising campaigns and budgets to achieve desired outcomes
- Develop and maintain a Social Media content calendar and ensure the timely execution of all Social Media activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools
- Strong copywriting and creative skills with the ability to create engaging Social Media content
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
