Social Media Account Manager


Join us as a Social Media Account Manager, if you’re passionate about marketing strategy and creating engagement to drive exceptional results for our customers.


At Go Daxxi / The Lisa Larter Group (LLG), we work with a select group of businesses to level up their marketing. We design marketing solutions to elevate brands, position client expertise, and help businesses generate more leads.


ROLE SUMMARY

Our Social Media Account Managers are the creative brains behind our clients’ marketing.


No two days on this job are the same: you’ll write engaging copy and design graphics that match each client’s established brand voice. You’ll craft a strategic marketing plan for your clients, stay up-to-date with marketing trends, and ensure error-free execution across platforms.


WHO WE NEED RIGHT NOW

We are looking for someone who knows how to leverage their extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms and digital marketing principles to consistently grow our clients’ brands.

This person asks questions before starting a project to ensure they have all the information they need. They also welcome and analyze feedback to make quick and effective revisions.


The Social Media Account Manager is self-directed, works well remotely, and is available to work in person on occasion. Their general work hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday; however, they are open to client requests, monitoring, and actions outside of those times should the urgent need arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create engaging marketing content to grow your clients’ brands. You’ll create a variety of social posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, as well as landing pages, product pages, banners, email campaigns, ad campaigns, and branded documents.


2. Work with the Team Manager to create a marketing content strategy.
As you stay up-to-date on marketing trends and gain insight into your clients’ businesses, we depend on you to hone your content strategy to increase traffic, impact, and viewer engagement.


3. Adapt to client voice and branding to create excellent and unique work for each client.
As a dedicated storyteller, you know to push the bounds of generic messaging repeated on all platforms; instead, you’ll quickly get the measure of any client and create custom content that matches the tone and style their audience responds to.


4. Ensure accuracy and quality in every piece of content you create
. Your keen eye and revision skills mean it’s a breeze to meet our standards of content free of grammatical or spelling errors.


5. Communicate professionally and proactively.
Promptly respond to our teammates within the business day to facilitate seamless coordination and respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.


6. Prepare monthly stats and client reports.
Monitor Google Analytics and other reporting software every week to track relevant stats, traffic, and other useful data. Prepare a monthly report that is easy-to-understand, meaningful, and insightful for your clients.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Use your extensive copywriting experience or university or college education in English, journalism, creative writing, communications, or public relations to write innovative and engaging content that increases your client’s reach.
  • Leverage your storytelling skills, extensive vocabulary, and ability to write in the perfect tone and voice for your client’s brand.
  • Deliver content free of spelling and grammar errors with your expert revision skills and trained eye for detail.
  • Flex your organizational skills to adapt to changes and meet tight deadlines.
  • Use your SEO experience to write content that gains traction with the Google search algorithm.

LOCATION

While the majority of work will be done remotely, this role is Florida-based and may require in-person work from time to time in Ormond Beach. You will need to be available and have accessible transportation to join these work sessions.
