Snow Removal Crew / Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

We are looking for individuals who have that same passion and would like to join us this season working as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader / Snow Removal Crew Member. This person must show they have a positive attitude, work/act professionally, pursue excellence in all they do, and work well within a team.

The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for leading their crew to completion of quality Lawn Maintenance projects in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.  This position works as a member of the crew and directs the activities of one or more members at a job site. 

LAWN MAINTENANCE CREW - PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

• Directing and developing crews to ensure professional quality work is performed.
• Mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup and other maintenance tasks.
• Operating a variety of industry specific equipment and ensuring safety and care of equipment.
• Direct interaction, as needed, with the customer or the on-site representative.
• Valid driver's license.
• 2+ years’ experience operating industry standard equipment - mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.

SNOWPLOW OPERATOR / CREW - PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

• Ensures that all services are completed within the appropriate time, to customer specifications and company standards.
• Knowledge of snow specific equipment and material is beneficial. 
• Must be on-time and dependable throughout the entire season.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be available to work when called up, and available for overnight, on-call work from October through April, or majority of season (dates are dependent on the weather).
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including cold temperatures, ice, and snow.
• Operate trucks with front/back plows, salting trucks as well as heavy equipment. 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Starting Wage: Based on experience.
