Smoothie Maker/Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers while providing excellent customer service with high energy and in-depth knowledge about our products
• Create menu items to specification with a sense of urgency - all while maintaining a clean workspace and appearance to the public
• Identify and communicate low calls for perishables and paper goods
• Complete any assigned checklists for every shift
• Manage quality control, date marking and putting away any deliveries using a FIFO method
• Keep on task with operational to-do’s and checklists
• Ensure the brand is upheld through the cleanliness of the store, wiping counters and tables, sweeping, removing fingerprints from windows, etc.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure we produce the appropriate batch size to deliver little-to-no waste in our food rotation
• Ensure cleanse smoothies are blended, bottled and labeled correctly
• Prepare juice cleanses (blending/bottling/packaging/communicating)

Required Work Experience, Skills & Education

• 1 year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred, but not required
• 18 years of age
• Able to commit to a minimum of 20+ hours per week
• Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours)
• Reaching, bending, and lifting a minimum of 30 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail
• Constant cleanliness
• Handles cash transactions & counts a register with ease
• Joyful attitude and keen sense of emotional intelligence

Pay is hourly with a starting wage that is based on experience. Displayed hourly wage includes tips that range, on average, between $3 and $4 per hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
