Responsibilities:
- Welcome Guests in the store with a smile
- Take smoothie orders
- Explain the menu items to Guests
- Create a variety of smoothies, from basic to more complex
- Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Prep Smoothie goods and wash dishes and blender bowls
- Maintain a clean work environment and follow food safety guidelines
- Be responsible for product and Guest service standards
- Foster an environment of teamwork
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
- Interaction with the public and co-workers constantly and positively during shifts
- Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system
- Ability to regularly move boxes weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store
- Ability to constantly bend, reach and scoop
- Ability to access refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40-10 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to tolerate exposure to food allergens
