Schedule:
- Tuesday and Thursday Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Hours are flexible
Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome the moment they step into our shop.
- Expert Guidance: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing a variety of tobacco products, including cigars, cigarettes, and accessories. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on different types of cigars, tobacco blends, and smoking accessories.
- Efficient Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with integrity.
- Product Assistance: Help customers locate products and answer their queries with patience and expertise.
- Legal Compliance: Verify customer age to ensure all customers are 21 and older, adhering to legal regulations surrounding the sale of tobacco products.
- Shop Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean and organized, contributing to a neat and inviting shopping environment.
