Clark Memorials of Alabama, Inc. located in Tuscaloosa Alabama is looking for a full time secretary.
Office hours are from 9am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
The office is small. Just 2 people including yourself.
Your duties would be answering the phones, responding to emails, researching, light filing, run credit card payment, making deposits, handling daily mailouts, and opening mail. You would meet and greet customers. You would be the assistant of the salesman running that location. Attention to detail is a must.
Computer skills are a must. Excel and Word.
You would be expected to dress business casual daily.
