Location: Asheville, NC - Must be able to come into the Asheville office for first 90 days, then has the ability to be fully remote.

The Opportunity:
Aeroflow Sleep is growing fast and we’re on the lookout for bright, ambitious go-getters who aren’t afraid to go all in to contribute to meeting (and exceeding) team and personal goals.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for helping onboard newly diagnosed sleep apnea patients into Aeroflow Sleep by:
- Being available for inbound calls. The content of phone calls consists of helping patients understand the process of obtaining a new CPAP machine, reviewing insurance requirements and billing, and basic equipment troubleshooting. You must be comfortable communicating with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies.
- Maintaining a sales log and keeping follow up dates up-to-date
- Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure insurance guidelines are met
- Verifying eligibility through insurance and obtaining prior authorizations
- Scheduling patients for CPAP delivery and setup
- Continue to grow and learn cross-departmental functions to better assist patients
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in a customer service related field
Starting pay of $18/hr
