This is a permanent full-time position with a 2x onsite work requirement in Reston, VA. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
You will serve as a SME and offer support to the integration and enhancements enabling an improved user experience for internal users and external customers. A few other requirements are outlined below.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and experience using Sitecore Experience Platform CMS (Versions 8-10), including templates, layouts, roles & authorizations workflows, publishing, versioning etc.
• Ability to extrapolate core business requirements from users and understand complex business challenges at speed.
• Comfortable working and leading in a multi-product team, potentially driving several deliverables and plans concurrently to multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long term professional relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
Desired Skills/Experience:
• Experience or working knowledge of Jira, HTML, Figma, Adobe Illustrator or similar design, program, SEO best practice, an Agile environment, within a Digital team covering both delivery and operations and familiarity with higher education industry.
