Site Supervisor - Youth Sports Soccer

Youth Sports SoccerSite Supervisor 

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Youth Sports SoccerSite Supervisors. The position is part time including Friday nights and weekends. You do not need to be available for all time slots to apply. 

Salary starts at $15-$18.00 per hour based on experience and certification. All part time staff are eligible for membership and program discounts for you and your family including discounts on camp, swim lessons, sports, personal training and more.

Site Supervisors must provide leadership to all participants, coaches, and staff by knowing, understanding, and implementing the Y Way to Play Philosophy, rules of the specific sport, and ensuring the safety and overall organized appearance of the area. The Site Supervisor will make sure the overall program runs smoothly, including games starting and ending according to the schedule. The Site Supervisor acts as the contract person for the Y at the assigned site. 

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual 
• Ability to act in a caring and responsible manner while fulfilling the expectations of the job 
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills 
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days to be kept current 
• Must have basic knowledge of the rules to help provide support to the officials 
• Sports experience preferred

Part-Time employeesalso receive paid sick time of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
