Site Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical drawings
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
