Site Operational Technology And Cybersecurity Lead

To lead the OT (Operational Technology) group for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, security, and maintenance of systems hardware /software.

Duties:

• Lead Operational Technology group consisting of OT Network Specialist and OT System Specialist. Ability to support functions of these roles when needed. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of these roles.
• Plan and lead projects for the improvement of security and ease of use of ICS components.
• Design and plan ICS network improvements. Provide technical leadership to the OT Network Specialist.
• Develop and lead the integration of future cyber security projects.
• Plan support for computer upgrade projects.
• Ability to implement OT standards and practices into capital projects.
• Manage and maintain SIEM and monitoring systems. Implement improvements by self-initiative.
• Maintain and monitor all ICS assets and ensure that they are healthy. Manage tracking of ongoing issues.

Education:

• Preferred Computer Science or Information Technology degree.
• Certifications with a focus on ICS cyber security. GICSP or ISA 62443 preferred.
• Certifications with a focus on key technologies. Aveva PI and Emerson DeltaV preferred.

Critical Experience:

• Required 5+ years’ experience in Operational Technology. Network and system administration of Industrial Control Systems.
• Preferred experience with OT/ICS cyber security.
