- Coordinate site visits to conduct site inspections, evaluate specific areas of concern, and collect adequate data to distribute to the team.
- Process unique information of a particular municipality and utility that is subject to change on a regular basis.
- Assist with the coordination of deliverables during the preconstruction process.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and landowners in a professional manner.
- Assist in the pre-qualification process of subcontractors/vendors and conduct site visits with appropriate parties.
- Identify water sources to use for construction water and identify local utility for temporary power sources.
- Help identify what could be major risk items of a project and create plans to mitigate those risks.
- Assist with the transition from the preconstruction phase to the construction phase by transferring information gained from Site Investigations to the construction team.
- Ability to travel up 75% of the time.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Environmental experience
- Prior solar industry experience
- Knowledge of construction/preconstruction
- Knowledge of construction/preconstruction
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
