AquaEconomics is currently seeking an early-career Civil Engineering candidate to join our team in Blue Bell, PA.
The candidate will primarily work remotely; may require some field work and some in-person working depending on the candidate's location & experience.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate on crafting and refining preliminary to final plans for diverse-scale Land Development projects, encompassing residential areas, commercial pad sites, shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and more.
· Conduct intricate technical design calculations pertinent to Land Development initiatives, with a specialized focus on stormwater management.
· Engineer utility systems, encompassing water and sanitary sewer, ensuring seamless integration into overall project design.
· Work with project managers, developers, builders and municipal reviewers to develop project timelines and prepare comprehensive designs.
Qualifications
E.I.T. Required.
1-4 years of relevant experience or recent graduate
Must have proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience preferred).
Land Development and Site Design experience.
Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design experience.
Experience with regulatory permitting (NPDES) and zoning/building approvals.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage and design multiple concurrent projects.
